Co-hosting is just another way of saying you are partnering with someone to manage your STR listing. This can include some or all of the aspects of running a STR. Sunset Hosting only offers full service at this time. From the initial booking to the turnover we handle it all.
Who are Sunset Hosting guests, and how long are their typical stays?
Sunset Stays guests include those traveling for leisure, business, or corporate stays. Our stays range from one night to six months, with an average stay of three nights.
Does Sunset Hosting have a cleaning team?
After each stay, our professional cleaning team will inspect and clean each unit. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the apartment weekly upon request.
